Alicia Downey teaching at PLI Antitrust Counseling and Compliance Seminar in NYC September 28, 2016

For the sixth year in a row, Alicia Downey has been invited by the Practising Law Institute to speak at its annual seminar on Antitrust Counseling and Compliance. Speaking live from New York, Alicia will focus on antitrust constraints on pricing conduct, including resale price maintenance, minimum advertised price restrictions, and price discrimination. This year her talk will also compare the antitrust treatment of pricing conduct under the laws of the U.S., European Union, China, and Canada.
